TGIS! Very glad to have a little less time pressure, even if I do have a million things to do.
Today's title is a shout out to the same old dad bod, extreme fatness edition. Need to get going on the exercise. Probably not today - even golf is very much in doubt with the weather - but yeah.
Breakfast: Standard pre-golf breakfast out
Very solid this morning.
Also: 2x Meijer donuts. Dummy. I'm a menace in the grocery store.
Lunch: 2x McRib, 16 oz Mich Ultra, chips and queso, snack mix
Lots of crappe, spread out.
Dinner: Italian sub, cheese bread w pizza sauce
Oof.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart. Decent walking.
