It's always a good thing when a bunch of water departs. Of course it also engenders an artificial feeling of success -- hey, I can eat all that stuff I ate yesterday and still lose a bunch! Uh, yeah, no. It's a transitory thing. Now that I've said that, great. Glad to have it go.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. May be three cups every day going forward. Thought maybe not today since I was not as early as usual getting in but ... yep.
Lunch: Soup and grilled cheese
Yup. First of the new batch of soup, which I tweaked a bit -- less liquid and I used crushed tomatoes instead of sauce. It's a little more like the lentils in terms of consistency. Good stuff.
Dinner: Dominos extravaganzza, brooklyn
Sigh. Another work night.
Exercise: Nope. Didn't get home until 9:00 last night, went to bed relatively promptly, still needed something close to eight hours of sleep even though the last couple were interrupted. Soon I hope.
