Yup. Not a good weekend, eating wise. Not great exercise wise either.
Need a reset. Tomorrow. I did manage to get up at 5:00 this morning, hopefully I can keep that rolling and get to walking. I took the mattress topper off the bed, we'll see if I can adjust to the firmer (okay, rock hard) surface. I had a hard time staying asleep last night but that's just one night.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels w veggie cream cheese, coffee
Yup.
Also: Coconut crunch mini donuts. Doh.
Lunch: Sack of McDonalds
Okay, have gotten that out of my system I think. Thanks McRib.
Also: Corn chips w pimeno cheese dip. A weird and not very good combo.
Dinner: American goulash, salad, garlic bread, choc chip cookie
Sigh.
Exercise: Nope. Lazy day.
