Almost got the week off to a good start. I woke up before my alarm, nice and early, but just didn't get going. It would have been an okay morning for a walk, instead I fretted about the upcoming day (since I didn't work over the weekend) and dozed. Sad.
Dodged a minor food pitfall, it looked like I would have to do some banking at lunch which would have meant not enough time to have my planned bowl of soup. At the last minute I did not need to. Whew. Happy about that, I need to get it in gear and another meal out is not the way to do it.
I'm ready to make some positive changes but my resolve is weak. So any narrow dodge is a good thing.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. Very much a three cup day.
Lunch: Soup and grilled cheese
Standard. Always good. Went with rye bread this week.
Dinner: 3x american 2x mexican tacos. Vanilla SF pudding w unsweet coconut
Extra taco. No beer. More work. Boo.
Exercise: Nope. FAIL.
