Rebounce

Shocker, awful eating leads to a rebound up on the scale.  Go figure.  Idiot.

Getting very tired of working so much.  Taking tonight off though I shouldn't be.  So much to do.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.

Lunch:  Soup and grilled cheese, a few potato chips


Ate the chips I had left from yesterday, craved the salt.  It took annoyingly long for satiety to kick in but when it eventually did I wasn't hungry at all during the afternoon.

Dinner:  Sausage and peppers and onions, lentil pasta, sauce, parm.  12 oz All Day IPA, mixed nuts, cheesecake SF pudding w unsweet coconut


Bought a couple pounds of italian sausage the other day and cooked it up, once again quite delightful and I have lots of leftovers.  Which is good, as I can't spend that much time cooking every weeknight right now.  Batch cooking is needed.

Exercise:  Nope.
