TGIS. Very glad to have a weekend, even though I have a lot to do and haven't exactly made good use of the nine or ten hours I've been awake. Oh well. I'll keep chipping away. Not going to be a good eating day either so I had better kick up the activity many notches.
I weighed this morning and promptly forgot what it was, at least I had by the time I next thought about it before lunch. I went with my best guess.
Breakfast: Standard pregolf breakfast, later 2x maple glazed donuts
No golf obviously, it was 20 degrees and snowing sideways. But the breakfast was good as always. I need to stay away from the bakery aisle at the store, in this case Walmart. The dayolds were too tempting.
Lunch: Sausage and peppers w pasta sauce, CFA peppermint chip shake and fries
Last of the sausage and peppers for this batch, I still have enough for six more meals (plus) in the freezer, so it'll be on the menu again after the holiday.
Dinner: Dominos extravaganzza, 12 oz Miller Lite. SF vanilla pudding w unsweet coconut
Blob.
Exercise: Nope. Lots of walking around due to shopping, but nothing specific.
