Yeah, ate way too much yesterday. The pizza alone was more that I should have consumed for the day, and I had breakfast and lunch and desserts. Even though I was moderately active, it wasn't close to enough to deal with the eating. It was that bad. More of the same today, I am afraid, then it'll be time to downshift for a couple days before the holiday hits.
Sigh. Eating like that, it makes you fat.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels and cream cheese, coffee, coconut crunch mini donuts
Like I said, I need to avoid the walmart bakery aisle.
Lunch: Sack of McDonalds
Yeah.
Dinner: Lasagna, salad, garlic bread, 12 oz All Day IPA, brownie w/ ice cream, peppermint Frosty
I do make a pretty decent lasagna.
Exercise: Nope.
