Day Afterward

Whew.  I was tired when I got home last night.  Long day, lots of time on my feet.  Too much food, too many beers.  Slept poorly and felt lousy when I got up this morning.  Managed to go back to sleep which helped a little and I broke routine and had immediate coffee.  When I finally got going and through the shower I was quite amused to see the scale down -- yes there was plenty of disposal prior to that -- despite yesterday's eating.

That said, I also took a hard look in the mirror and I need to get at it.  Way too fat.  Midsection is particularly annoying.  It won't be today or the rest of the weekend realistically but it needs to change.

Breakfast:  Coffee

I'll eat something soon, but we'll call it a (slightly) early lunch.

Lunch:  Ham and salami sub, garlic bread, 12 oz Miller Lite

They forgot the cheese on the garlic bread.  Oops.  Otherwise, it was OK.

Dinner:  Thanksgiving leftovers, basically the same as yesterday.


Just about as good as the first time.

Exercise:  Nope.  Very much a recovery day.
