Close the books on October. Not great Bob, was up a couple pounds. But it could have been much worse.
Another super long day at work. Tired.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup and grilled cheese, nacho Siete chips
Yup.
Dinner: Qdoba brisket bowl, 2x McRib, chips
Sigh.
Also: SF vanilla pudding w unsweet coconut
Too late.
Exercise: LOL no, 15+ hours at the office.
