Whew, glad we have made it to Friday. Still have a ways to go to the weekend, but we're gaining on it. There is so much to do, but at least I can do some of it at a relaxed pace.
At least a little improvement in a couple areas. I woke up super early this morning, just before 4:00. I didn't get a lot accomplished and did end up dozing for a half hour or so later, but at least I was awake and alert. That's a good thing. I wasn't hungry at all this morning, also a good thing. And for once I didn't have the urge to keep eating after finishing my lunch just now. A little thing, but good!
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup and grilled cheese
Standard. I do like this batch of soup.
Dinner: Chips and fried pickle dip, 12 oz Miller Lite, sausage and peppers w sauce and parm
Oof. Never grocery shop when hungry. There's a reason that is axiomatic. Dummy.
Exercise: Nope. Icy out there, not much chance I was going to walk. Supposed to be wintry through the weekend and then maybe warm up enough to melt it off. Which would be good.
