Yup.  Let's get better.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Easy three cup morning.

Lunch:  Soup, grilled cheese, ranch Siete chips


Too many chips but otherwise yeah.

Dinner:   2x mexican, 3x american tacos, 12 oz Miller Lite, a few mixed nuts, Nicks cherry chip


A bit much.

Exercise:  Nope.  Though I did get up as scheduled I was rather sluggish.  Unsurprisingly.
