Feeling very dense this morning. Fat. Sloppy. And yet, it could have been worse.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup, grilled cheese, Triscuits
Yup plus triscuits. Do not buy Triscuits dumbass.
Dinner: Sack of McDonalds, 12 oz Miller Lite, snack mix
Uhhh, I guess.
Exercise: Nope. Tired this morning. I need to eat less and let my body rest.
