Excuses Diminishing

Felt awful this morning.  Headache, didn't feel rested.  Both have improved somewhat with a hot shower and some coffee.  I'll make it.

I made soup and lentils yesterday, so I'm stocked on those.  I also bought way too much italian sausage at the butcher shop (it's a long story not worth repeating but they packaged up three times what I wanted and I didn't have the heart to tell them to fix it.  I just stuck it in the freezer and will be eating it up.)  It's going to be a cold week with some snow so getting going on the walking program may be a little challenging.  We'll see.  If I can start by getting the eating back under control that would be swell.

Breakfast:  Lazy bagels w whipped cream cheese, a small bowl of lentils, coffee



All delightful but not great for satiety.  The lentils were the leftover oddball quantity that didn't fill a jar.  Good stuff.

Also:  6 strips of bacon, later.  Had a package to cook up.

Lunch:  Sausage crust pizza w pep mush, 12 oz Miller Lite


Argh, another instance where I should have stopped eating but the desire to stop eating had not kicked in.  I'm going to pay for eating too much.

Dinner:  Roast beef, potatoes, carrots, gravy, 12 oz Miller Lite, rolls w butter.  Also, sack of McD.


Okay.  Enough

Exercise:  Nope.
