Desire is there much of the time. Not always, but much of the time. But the execution is pathetic. So very bad. So ... fraudulent. If I can just string together a few good days in a row I think momentum will take over, but getting to even two is such a struggle. Sad.

Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup and grilled cheese
Standard. You can definitely note the reduced liquid in this batch of soup.
Dinner: Sausage and peppers (and onion), pasta sauce, parmesan. 12 oz All Day IPA, mixed nuts, SF choc fudge pudding w unsweet coconut
Wasn't sure if the sausage and peppers was going to be as good. It was quite satisfactory. Didn't really miss the pasta. Only nit is that I was still wanting to eat, even though I knew I'd be sated if I just let it sit for a few minutes. Which is what is happening due to lack of snacky food but jfc, if I had a bag of chips they'd be gone in a flash. Not due to hunger, due to WANTING TO EAT. What a dumbass.
Exercise: Nope. Wintry. Tired. LAZY AS FCK.
