Whew. Made it through another day. Didn't do badly, all things considered. Other than my voice being jacked I don't feel bad. So I'm on the mend.
Narrow dodge this evening. I almost talked myself into going to Walmart to buy some new pillows, but ended up not going. I stopped at the health food store to buy a quart of milk since it's the closest thing to me (and they sell the good stuff, not that I buy it as often as I could), and fortunately I did not see until after I checked out that the place carries additional kinds of Siete chips. I would have definitely grabbed a bag to snack on as I was seriously violating the rule of never shop when hungry ... or in my case when you feel like EATING which is not always the same thing. Anyway, I escaped with just the milk.
November was a fail, but at least the damage wasn't as bad as it could have been. A couple days of slightly more disciplined eating have helped. I'm not quite on track but at least it's been a little better. Onward.
Breakfast: Homemade bread w butter, coffee
Yeah. Again. It may be that I tolerate a little homemade bread as long as it's heavily buttered.
Lunch: Soup, bread w butter, swiss cheese
Yup. Last of this loaf. I think three days is about as far as I want to push it. Pulled a little more from Monday's baking from the freezer to cover tomorrow and I'll probably stir up another batch of dough this weekend.
Dinner: Chili, 12 oz All Day IPA, mixed nuts, SF vanilla pudding
Decided to deluxe up the chili with cheddar, jalas and a little sour cream and I will say it was even better.
Exercise: Nope.
