I guess a schedule change is in the offing. No pep again this morning. I woke up at 3:45 and was quite awake. Went back to bed with only intermittent success -- thinking about work would jolt me awake, I'd refocus, doze and then boom another work thought. And yet it wasn't enough to get me going. Even after I hit the alarm at 6:00 (no delusions of an early walk even though I did go to bed early) I still couldn't make myself get going. Which means I was behind from the start this morning at work.
So I guess I'm going to have to shift to going in after dinner a couple nights a week. I need to put in more hours and that's seemingly the only way it's going to happen.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. Should have had that third cup too.
Lunch: Soup, grilled ham and cheese
Used up the rest of the ham to beef this up a bit since I went with the smaller container of soup. I have no idea why a pint jar holds so much more than a 2 cup storage container. It shouldn't but it does.
Dinner: Domino's brooklyn extravaganzza, SF choc pudding.
Sigh. Work.
Exercise: Nope. Getting annoyed.
