Sigh. Still not 100%, not close. Mediocre sleep, not terrible but not great. Lots more sinus annoyance and resulting clearance of phlegm. I'm ready to be restored to full health please.
OK day on the eating front. I did have breakfast, which just meant an extra slice of bread and butter consumed for the day. Will be dialing that back a bit I hope. Otherwise, standard Monday stuff.
Breakfast: Bread w butter, coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup, bread w butter, cheese
Didn't bother with making a sandwich since I only had one slice of bread. Would have been better tho.
Dinner: 2x mexican, 2x american tacos, 12 oz Miller Lite, SF vanilla pudding
Not super fat tacos. But good. And I sliced the pudding quantity in half.
Exercise: Nyet.
