Yeah, pizza makes for a fat boy. Such a shame. But I have no control when it's available, I always want more. So I shouldn't have it around.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup and grilled cheese
Very standard. I think cheese triggers appetite, had a slice of swiss and was instantly ravenous. And I've struggled with wanting to be done eating when I know I've had enough. Might be the cheese.
Dinner: Sausage and mushroom pizza, 12 oz Miller Lite, SF cheesecake pudding
A most cheesy experience. Idiot.
Exercise: Nope. Worked late, did not get up early. As mentioned, will need a different plan.
