It's really stupid to wake up a half hour after you finally get to sleep.  So stupid.  I didn't get to sleep until almost 12:30 and was beyond annoyed when I woke up and the clock said it was just after 1:00.  At least I promptly went back to sleep.  Once I woke up again around 5:00 snoozing was mostly pointless as work thoughts took over my brain.  Sigh.  I'm ready for this week to be over.

Also of note is that it almost seemed like I had a bit of acid reflux going.  Haven't had any issues with that in quite a while.  I may need to tweak the diet to reduce coffee, tomatoes, spicy stuff a bit, but we'll see if some minor other changes will take care of it first.  I don't think the pillows I bought are ideal, so I may need to change something there.  One way or another I'll figure it out.  The 'flux wasn't too awful, I just don't want it to be a regular thing, there are enough reasons why I can't sleep.

 No good news on the scale today, so I may have gotten rid of all of the current surplus water.  Still need to make some reductions, I think, in the carbs and junk in order to get on a track of regular losses.  Feels like I'm in a pretty stable range, I just want that range to be lower.

Breakfast:  Toast, coffee

Yup.  Bread was from the freezer (defrosted in fridge) so it needed toasting ... which made it stellar.

Lunch:  Soup and grilled cheese

Yup.

Dinner:  Dominos brooklyn sausage mushroom, 12 oz Miller Lite, mixed nuts

Cracked.  Long week.  And sucked in by the carryout tip deal. 

Exercise:  Nope.  Early work stress plus a snowy, slippery day kept me home.
