Yeah, yesterday was not good and I'm paying the price this morning. So it goes. I'm elite at that sort of thing. If there were a World Cup for doing stupid shit I'd be in the finals.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels w veggie cream cheese, coffee
Yeah.
Lunch: Chips and guac, Progresso beef barley soup
Had the soup later on as my body was like where is the protein already.
Dinner: Busy day casserole, cheesy green beans, peaches, rolls w butter, 12 oz Miller Lite, a couple little christmas cookies
Also: Wendy's double.
Exercise: Nope. Didn't get up until 8:00 and wasn't in good form even then. It's going to take some work to get sorted. Modestly active around the house, but nothing enough to count.
