Tired. Long week, even though I worked no extra hours. Couldn't manage any. Just wiped out.
I was quite amused to be down this morning. I felt very very dense, fat but solid fat not flabby. Will be interesting to see how things go in January.
Breakfast: Pumpkin bread w butter, coffee
Lunch: Italian beef, chicago dog, fries
Yum. Local place that does a great job. Super expensive, but it was a splurge.
Dinner: Domino's brooklyn sausage black olive, 12 oz All Day IPA, home milkshake
Okay. Cheap. Fattening.
Exercise: Nope. Lungs still messed up though I feel okayish otherwise.

Not bad.
Dinner: Lentils, chips and onion dip, 12 oz All Day IPA, home milkshake
Also not bad.
