Sigh. It's a vicious cycle. I'm hungry in the evening, I overeat by a bunch, it's not fully digested by the time I go to bed and I don't sleep well. Time to get a grip on that. I have some ideas, let's see if I can implement them.
Breakfast: Standard pregolf breakfast out, coffee
Yup. Was much, much later than usual today, did not get going at all until after 8:30. Pathetic. And obviously there was no golf. I'd be tempted to try it tomorrow (high of 41), but I'm waiting on some new tires and don't really think driving any more than is absolutely necessary is in the cards.
Lunch: Jalaranch snack mix, soup, later a small glass of orange juice
Late lunch, just way way way off today.
Dinner: Pizza hut thin pep pork beef, breadstick w extra parm and sauce, 12 oz Miller Lite, another little glass of OJ later
Needed a day off from the sausage and peppers. Of course I should have gone in a completely different direction, but it is what it is. It has not been a good day in any respect.
Exercise: Nope. Felt extra lousy this morning so no chance. The best I felt before I got out the door was when I was awake between 3:15 and 4:00.
