Well that was different! I went to bed about when I wanted last night, shortly before 9:30. Couldn't get to sleep, it was at least 10:30 before I did. Woke up about 4:00 and was ... awake? Okay then. Moved to the recliner and unlike yesterday, I never got sleepy again. Instead I got moving by 6:00, pushed out the door to the Y and actually got in a little exercise. Wow! And I felt pretty good! Very pleasant and quite unexpected.
Even got a drop on the scale out of the deal, let's hear it for the power of home tacos. On that subject, what a blessing to be on a run of really, really tasty food. Home cooked food is so much better, especially when you spend the money for premium ingredients.
Breakfast: 2 CF sausage patties, orange juice, coffee
Again. And again good.
Lunch: 3 CF eggs scrambled in a bit of olive oil, 2 CF sausage patties, guac, 2 slices swiss cheese
Satisfactory. Was eaten late (after 2:00) and I was in a hurry so I didn't take the time to make any hash browns.
Dinner: Home tacos, 12 oz All Day IPA, home popcorn, glass of chocolate raw milk
Exercise: 30 minutes - 10 minute walk on the treadmill, about a half mile, followed by 20 minutes in the weight room doing random upper body exercises. I should eventually have a plan but for now any movement is good movement.
