Getting Ready For The Reset

Got a nice chuckle when I saw the scale this morning.  Somehow was down two pounds, despite eating capital-M Massive quantities yesterday.  Sure, I also disposed of a Massive quantity mid-day, but I was expecting a gain.  I'm sure it'll be up again tomorrow. 

Actually beginning to look forward to getting back on the horse.  I have enjoyed eating some quality junk food -- lunch the last two days has been delightful -- but it's time.  I have things I want to accomplish.  And I won't get there living this way.

Breakfast:  Pretzel bagels with veggie cream cheese, coffee

Meh.  I won't miss these all that much.  I enjoy a good bagel, these are mediocre.

Lunch:  Italian beef sandwich, fries, chicago popcorn mix


A theme!  I got the popcorn for Christmas.

Dinner:   Keto bowl, more Chicago popcorn mix


Bowl was good as ever, but is on the list of things to cut back.

Exercise:  Nope.  Was very tired again this morning and didn't get up until almost 8:30.  Yikes.  Good thing I had no work obligations beyond showing up.
