And Cutback

It was an interesting feeling at lunch, thinking, hey this is too much food.  Maybe I can actually start cutting back?  One can hope, anyway.

Awful night of sleep.  In bed around 10, woke up at 2 and could not get back to sleep.  Ended up dozing between 4:30 and 7, but nothing high quality.  It doesn't seem to have affected the day and I feel okay, but it's annoying.

Between that and the meltdown last night I was surprised not to be up on the scale.

Breakfast:  Sausage, orange juice, coffee

 
 
Once again.

Lunch:  Roast beef and cheddar sandwich on homemade bread, a few avo oil chips, a bubbies dill pickle

As mentioned, felt like a bit much.

Dinner:  Home cracker crust pepperoni pizza, 12 oz All Day IPA

And a glass of chocolate raw milk.  Picked up a new half gallon today.  They didn't have any butter or I would have grabbed some of that too.

Exercise:  Nope
