Not sure if it's the result of yesterday's activity or not, but I was tired this morning. Slept okay, woke up at 5:00 feeling decent - was a little late going to bed, about 10:30. Moved to the recliner and promptly crashed. Didn't get up and moving until almost 9:00, ouch! Feeling fine though, so if the aftereffects are just needing a little extra sleep I can deal with that.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels, cream cheese, orange juice, coffee
Standard. Cleaned up this week's OJ and an open container of cream cheese.
Lunch: Soup and mash
I'm going to take this as another sign that my satiety switch may be healing, a standard bowl was actually a little more than I wanted and I am quite full. Sure, I had more breakfast than I do on a weekday and later, but lazy bagels usually have zero satiety.
Also: Avo oil chips and onion dip. Too many of those.
Dinner: Goulash, salad no dressing, garlic toast, 12 oz Miller Lite, christmas cookies with vanilla ice cream
Exercise: Nope. Pretty lazy day.
