We're getting there. Super busy day today, then not as bad tomorrow, then a weekend. A weekend which is going to be brutal since I have to do 80% of my Christmas shopping, but a weekend none the less.
During recliner time this morning I was thinking about how deeply all these personal issues are interconnected. I'm fat because I've eaten poorly and sleep badly and don't get enough exercise. I sleep badly because I'm fat, don't get enough exercise and often because I've eaten poorly. I eat poorly because I'm fatigued, out of shape and fat. I don't get enough exercise because I'm fat and tired and eat badly. They reinforce each other and make it very difficult to change. In terms of difficulty to change, I think eating, strangely enough, is the easiest, though I've not been able to sustain it long term. I can work with a diet plan with enough repeat meals of things I like that I will lose weight. The other stuff is harder, especially sleep, because I have so little control over that. I'm tired when I'm tired, it doesn't always make sense. But if the other stuff fell into place, especially being less fat, maybe I'd sleep better and more consistently.
On a more positive note, there was a small drop on the scale. So hooray for that.
Breakfast: CF sausage links, orange juice, coffee
Tasty.
Lunch: Grilled cheese, spicy beans with turkey
Also tasty. The turkey is "True Story" brand. I think I will buy again, though it is pricey.
Dinner: Home tacos, 12 oz All Day IPA, popcorn, chocolate milk
A bit excessive but all good stuff.
Exercise: Nope. Got up about 5:45 but was still very tired, went to bed too late. Dozed.
