Sigh. I had ideas about getting extra sleep. I went to bed at a reasonable time, probably asleep well before 10:30. And of course I woke up before 4:00. Come ON. Not bright eyed or busy tailed, but awake enough to not get back to sleep. Argh.
Oh well. Let's see what I can accomplish today.
Nothing notable on the scale today. I really need to tweak the eating and get going with that whole daily regular exercise thing.
Breakfast: 2 buttermilk pancakes w butter and maple syrup, 3 strips CF black pepper garlic bacon, orange juice, coffee
A very tasty breakfast. Quantities were fine, let's see if I can eat a bit less.
Lunch: Sourdough fusili with leftover meat sauce, jala good crisps
The fancy health food store was out of spaghetti, so I bought fusili. It was fine. Ate too many good crisps, need to stop buying them.
Dinner: Home cracker pizza w pepperoni, chips and onion dip, 12 oz All Day IPA
Capped with a glass of chocolate raw milk. Excessive.
Exercise: Nope. Active day, but nothing specific.
