A weird day. I was very tired and very slow getting up this morning, if I didn't have somewhere I had to be by 9:00 I probably would have slept until noon. Stupid work. Made it through the day, though it wasn't very productive.
Scale was not up nearly as much as I thought it would be, I had visions of a multi-pound jump. I'll be interested to see how tomorrow looks, as I had another massive eating day but also got rid of a lot. Could be anything, but most likely up a couple.
Breakfast: Big Mac, coffee
Yeah, a VERY weird breakfast. About 10:35. No time before leaving for work to even heat up some bacon, so I was going to grab a (free) Egg McMuffin but I was too late so I got a (free) burger instead. It was okay.
Lunch: Deluxe burger, avo oil chips and onion dip, chocolate drizzle caramel corn
Local 5 Guys clone. Great burger. Ate too much though.
Dinner: Turkey dinner part 2
Same as yesterday. No beer, though.
Exrecise: Nope.
