This is why it's so FRUSTRATING.
Yesterday was as much of a copy of Tuesday as I could make it, with the exception of the exercise. I ate an almost identical menu. Followed the same routine. I went to bed about the same time, except this time I fell asleep promptly. I was hoping for a repeat of yesterday morning. Did I get it?
Aw HELL naw.
Instead, I slept poorly, woke up at 5:00 feeling awful, slept fitfully in the recliner until 7:30 when I could no longer delay things because I needed to be at work. The complete opposite of yesterday morning.
Is it just oxygen? I woke up with what a I call a low-ox headache, which is dull and annoying but goes away pretty quickly once I get up. It's like I'm being starved of oxygen in my sleep. Which I suppose is possible. One thing that was different is that my sinuses were irritated and I was having difficulty getting enough air through my nose when I went to sleep. This isn't super unusual. Is it such a thing to have that be the equivalent of sleep apnea? I dunno but I think I'm going to do some research because this seems a lot like that but I didn't have sleep apnea when I did a sleep study years ago.
Argh. I was hopeful that things were turning the corner. I loved being able to get going early for once.
Breakfast: 2 CF sausage patties, orange juice, coffee
Last of the sausage for this week. May be time to restock.
Lunch: Soup and mash, 2 slices Sargento aged swiss cheese
Fresh batch of soup, good as always.
Dinner: Home tacos, 12 oz All Day IPA, home popcorn, chocolate milk
Very tasty. Details the same as the last couple days. Here's hoping for some good sleep.
Exercise: Nope. See above.
