Well this is different. I went to bed early last night and was out by 9:30. Woke up at 2:30 but was easily able to roll over and go back to sleep. Woke up at 5:00 and was up for a bit in the recliner, but went back to sleep -- and I don't mean fitfully, this was solid REM sleep with dreams -- and didn't get up until 9:00. I figure I got ten hours, which is way, way above average.
Of course that means I'm way behind schedule this morning, but so be it. I needed the sleep.
I also think the sleep helped with the scale, as I survived eating WAY too many potato chips. Seriously, dummy, stop buying them. You don't eat stuff that you don't have lying around.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels with cream cheese, coffee
The standby. One of the things that I'm going to have to phase out as I get serious about losing weight. I have way too much visceral fat.
Lunch: 2 CF eggs scrambled, hash browns in EVOO and a bit of butter, 4 strips CF garlic pepper bacon, orange juice
Lots of cleanup - hash browns, butter, bacon and OJ all finished up. I wasn't going to have hash browns but freeing up some freezer space was too enticing.
Will clean up the few remaining potato chips (avo oil) and dip later.
Dinner: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, cheesy green beans, 12 oz Miller Lite
Sunday dinners. Good stuff.
Also, home popcorn (popped in coconut oil) with butter. And I think a glass of chocolate raw milk in a minute to wrap it up.
Exercise: Nope.
