Glad it is Friday. It's been a busy morning, hopefully the afternoon is a bit more relaxed.
Didn't get to bed or to sleep on time last night so I was quite sluggish this morning. And late, of course. On the positive side the scale was kind, with a nice small chunk drop. It's trending in the right direction, not super fast but of course I'm not exactly being disciplined other than mostly eating at home. I'm happy with the progress. Now to survive holiday eating.
Breakfast: CF sausage links, orange juice, coffee
A tasty breakfast. A package of links only yields two days (three I guess if really stretched) of breakfasts, but in this case that worked out well.
Lunch: Chicken soup, 2 slices extra sharp cheddar
Not what I was expecting, but when offered a bowl of homemade soup, sure. It was good.
Dinner: Keto bowl, chocolate milk
Again. And it was nice, again, to be feeling full as I got near the end.
Exercise: Nope. While I was up early enough (5:45 or so), I was not awake.
