More Wednesday Than Thursday

For every yin, a yang.  And of course more rambling about sleep.

Last night was more like Tuesday night -- I was a little later getting to sleep, but slept okay.  I woke up a 3:00 and was awake.  Not exhausted, not fatigued, not dozy.  I didn't feel as good as I did Wednesday, but it was close enough.  And miles better than I felt yesterday.  Scale hasn't moved much, just down fractionally each of the last few days.  That's fine.

Although I didn't get a great deal accomplished -- I baked some bacon that I forgot to do last evening -- and I didn't work out due to early work commitments having me worried, it was still a good morning.  I enjoyed some recliner time, just thinking, after I finished doomscrolling.  It was pleasant.

Breakfast:  ~ 6 strips CF cherrywood bacon, orange juice, coffee


This bacon is much narrower than the last packages of the other kind, so it has more strips per pound.  I figure it was about the same serving size as 4 strips of the prior pack.

Lunch:  Soup and mash, Tillamook extra sharp cheddar


Standard stuff, working on finishing the block of cheese, will knock off the rest with lunch tomorrow I think.  

Dinner:  Keto bowl, chocolate milk


Standard.  I think my regular burrito artist has been making the bowl a bit oversized as once again I am quite full after eating it.

Exercise:  Nope.  Should have, didn't.
