There's The Spike

Yeah, there it is.  That's the jump I was expecting on the scale yesterday.  I really should stop the slide but I'm too much of an idiot.  I have this food, I'm going to eat it.  I just need to not buy more.

Weird night.  I changed into my night clothes when I got home, about 7:30.  Around 9:00 I started thinking about going to bed.  Got engrossed in something and then it was 11:00.  Went to sleep and felt like I was asleep a long time, but when I woke up due to excess liquid it was only 3:30.  I had been sound asleep and dreaming, and was tired enough to go back to sleep without getting up.  Managed a couple more hours, got up and rid of the liquid and then right back out in the recliner.  Didn't get going until 8:30.  Ugh.

Anyway, it remains to be seen how much I can accomplish today.  Lots I should do, but only so much motivation.

Breakfast:  CFA 2x spicy chicken biscuit, hash brown rounds small

Left right away once I got going in order to pick up my milk share, so I ate on the go.  One of my objectives for today is to get the kitchen and table picked up and the fridge cleaned out so I can get back to the regular breakfast rotation.

Lunch:  Bacon, spicy jala good crisps, Fredrik's dark chocolate mint marshmallow trees, coffee, 12 oz All Day IPA

Didn't really eat a meal.  Just grazed.  Bacon was leftover Oscar Mayer, not the good stuff.

Dinner:  Prime rib, mashed potatoes, cabernet sauvignon


First time making a rib roast, it was quite good.  And of course I have a lot of leftovers.

Capped it off with some Trader Joe's 72% cacao dark belgian chocolate.

Exercise:  Nope.
