After a long weekend of feasting, it's time to get back on track. While I'm not looking forward to the work, I am looking forward at least a little to the routine. It just needs to be adjusted.
Scale up, went to bed way too late, was very tired this morning. All predictable.
Breakfast: 3 CF sausage patties, orange juice, coffee
I think in the future I think two would be sufficient.
Lunch: 2 eggs scrambled, leftover potato pancakes and chorizo gravy, sour cream
Quick and easy.
Dinner: 2x mexican 2x american tacos, 12 oz All Day IPA. Will have a glass of chocolate milk later
All good.
Exercise: Nope. As mentioned, very tired this morning and very late in getting up.
