One of the things I want to do is to go back and look at my most successful months and see what I can learn from them. Some things may not be repeatable, but I think there is useful information to be gained -- I mean more than just 'be consistent, dumbass'.
Okay sleep, though not enough and I was very sluggish this morning. Once I get going I'm okay, it's just getting to that point.
Breakfast: 3 CF sausage patties, orange juice, coffee
Undecided as to whether I need to give up the OJ. Maybe.
Lunch: Soup and mash, white sharp cheddar cheese
Dependable.
Dinner: Spicy bacony beans with 3 oz Applegate organic turkey, 12 oz All Day IPA
Haven't had beans in a while, so good.
Also, some popcorn with butter.
Probably going to top it off with a small glass of chocolate milk, need to hit the farm tomorrow for another half gallon.
ETA: Also had avo oil chips and onion dip. WAY too much of that. Ugh. Meltdown.
Exercise: Nope.
