Will The Flow Slow

Thursday, January 4, 2024

Maybe.  I think the flow of water out of the body is finally slowing down.  Didn't have to get up as many times last night, didn't have to make too many pit stops this morning.  Okay.  I was still blown away this morning by how much more left.  How is it possible to carry that much straight excess water weight?  Amazing.

Anyway, I will say that it is nice to have it gone.  Things are already feeling better with less bloat.  Now, it just needs to STAY gone.  And take some more with it, please.

Last night was a mixed bag - I was super productive, but at a cost of having a hard time getting to sleep.  It doesn't appear that the sleep I got was high quality, either, as I was rather tired this morning.  Did not stay awake when I got up, and I certainly could have slept much longer than I did.

Breakfast:  CF sausage patties (0), 4 oz spicy low sodium V-8 (4), coffee

Once again very tasty.

Lunch:   Soup (10), Bubbies kosher dill pickle (1)

Also again very tasty.  I suspect the coming months are going to feature a LOT of repeats.  It's just so easy to eat the same thing, more or less, every day.

Dinner:  Bunless cheeseburger - 1/2 lb grassfed ground beef (0), spices (3), cojack cheese (2), mustard (0), green chiles (2).  12 oz Miller Lite (3), 100g Meijer plain whole milk greek yogurt (4)

Yum.  A little uncertain as to how many carbs to add for the spices.  This recipe calls for quite a few spices and I know it's not zero.  Some research may be necessary.  But I'm not super worried about too many carbs in spices.

ExerciseNope.  I wondered if it might happen this morning, but any hope was dashed by the inability to get to sleep promptly.  Glad that's not often.  Maybe I'll get something in tonight.

Edit:  Again, yes, evening.  More furniture moving.  A good hour's worth of movement.

Day Totals:  $0.00 spent,  29g carbs.  Success.
