Day Two

My goodness.  My body is not screwing around, as soon as it figured out that piles of carbs were not incoming, WHOOSH.  Let's get rid of that water.  And more.  And more.  Good lord.  I can't say that getting up every two hours was enjoyable, but shaking my head in disbelief at the scale this morning made it worth it.  I'd have to check but there is a darned good chance that I haven't dumped more water than that in a single day ever.

And it has continued this morning.  I should count the number of bathroom trips (but no, I'm not going to).  Water, water everywhere, just keep on leaving.

Yesterday went fine.  I was never annoyingly hungry, could have been more productive but wasn't awful, did a couple things around the house and went to bed at a decent hour.  I even had a bit of pep coming home but I think that was mostly an urgent desire to get inside where it was warm.

Breakfast:  CF sausage patties (0), 4 oz spicy low sodium V-8 (4), coffee

Solid.  I really like the CF sausage.

Lunch:  Soup (10), Bubbies kosher dill pickle (1)

Also solid.  A good batch of soup.

Dinner:  Same scramble as yesterday, a bit less ham, more jack cheese (8), 12 oz Miller Lite (3), 100g plain Meijer whole milk greek yogurt (4)

Again really tasty.  Bumped up the carb count 1 for the bit of extra cheese.  I am now out of ham.  May need to give CF ham another go, I was ambivalent toward it the last time I had it but that was years ago.

Had a couple extra carbs in the budget so I had yogurt for dessert.  Done eating by 7:00.

ExerciseNope.  I did wake up at 5:30 and didn't feel horrible but decided not to push it.  Got in a little extra snoozing.  I am hopeful that by the end of the week mornings will be more steady.  I am happy about the progress toward fixing the schedule.

Edit:  YES.  After I hit publish I went back to my reorganization project and got a little carried away.  Ended up with more than an hour of furniture moving.  Lots of contortioning, lifting, all the good stuff.  I am absolutely counting it.

Day totals:  $0.00 spent, 30g carbs.  Success.
