Day Eleven
So far so good. We're supposed to get a vicious winter storm, but nothing much yet as of lunch time. I do think there is a pretty good chance we shut down early, but we'll see. I was unwilling to fight the crowds last night to get groceries but it was merely busy (not crazy busy) when I went early this morning.
I happened to look back at my December log and I noticed that my current weight is lower than any day in December. I also looked at November, October and September -- I don't remember exactly but I think I'm within a pound or two of being lower than all of those too. Even August is very much in range. I have a ways to go to get to where I was just after surgery, but to wipe out months of impact in just ten days is great. Oh, and I noticed this morning that my legs were definitely less bloated. I don't know why the water loss affects the extremities first, but I'll take it ... just as long as the barrel that is the middle of my body gets some benefit eventually too.
Breakfast: CF sausage (0), coffee (0)
Again.
Lunch: Soup (10), pickle (1)
Yup.
Dinner: Leftover CF italian sausage w sauce and cheese (9), lettuce salad (1), pork rinds (0), 12 oz Miller Lite (3)
Again. Way fewer pork rinds tho. Going in the rotation, I think. At least whenever I buy another pound of italian sausage. I guess there is a chance I have one in the freezer. Thinking about adding a shot of brown liquor to the tally.
Exercise: Nope. Instead of going to the Y I hit the grocery store, got gas and went to work early.
Day totals: $ 59.62 spent, 24 g carbs, success
82.0
