Day Seven
Quite a first week. Weight loss is predictably slowing as the outpouring of water slows down, but I still had another nice drop this morning. Keep it going.
Slept okay, I guess, and woke up about 5:00. Did not, however, get going or kick myself out the door. All I managed was to get to work a little early. I didn't quite get enough done yesterday so I stewed about what I had to do instead of getting a walk in. Need to fix that, though tonight looks like it might be a late one. Ugh.
Breakfast: 3 strips CF cherrywood bacon (0), coffee (0)
Again.
Lunch: Leftover barbacoa (2), mexicheese (1), salsa (2), guac (2), sour cream (1) and jalapenos (2)
Almost forgot the photo! Added jalapenos and a little hot sauce for extra kick. Was tasty. I think I'm going to make this a regular dinner -- had it for lunch due to having leftovers to eat tonight. Pleasantly surprised that packing a 1C glass container (which I bought last week) gave me what felt like the right portion size of barbacoa.
Dinner: Leftover chuck roast (0), soup (3), slices of american and cheddar cheese (2), pickle (1), 12 oz Miller Lite (3), Rib Rack hot and spicy pork rinds (4)
Meh. I had a runt soup (less than half a container) and tossed it in with the chuck roast, it was okay. Filled in around that.
Exercise: Nope. Disappointing. I was awake. Just didn't do it.
