Day Eight
As expected, stayed up WAY too late last night. Too much adrenaline. Hoping to crash early to make up for some of the sleep I did not get.
I was thinking this afternoon that I may need to re-evaluate my exercise plan. I am finding that when I have lots of work-related deadlines I'm stressed about it in the morning and that impacts my getting out the door. I haven't been super successful in just getting moving and going to work if I'm not going to exercise, but whatever I decide to do I definitely need to spend less down time.
Also, I noted that I appear to be less visibly bloated in the face. The midsection is still terribad, but it's nice to see a little more definition somewhere. Legs are also better. Now if they would just stop cramping...
Breakfast: Bacon (0), coffee (0)
Yup. Last of the bacon. Need to cook up some sausage tonight.
Lunch: Jimmy John's Unwich #9 (9), no mayo or oil/vinegar, add mustard, pickles and peppers (1). Pickle (1). 22 oz Light Lemonade (4) ($19.49)
Time to break out the calculator! Work necessitated an audible and I wasn't too unhappy about it. This was fine, tasty, just expensive and I was hungry by dinnertime. I eliminated the mayo and oil/vinegar in hopes of avoiding most of the seed oil.
Dinner: Barbacoa bowl (10), 12 oz Miller Lite (3)
Again tasty. Same as yesterday, so I skipped typing out the detail. One more day forthcoming.
Totals: $19.49 spent, 28g carb. Fail on spend, success on the food choices
