Day Ten
A good morning. I did not want to, but I used some Afrin last night and it was SUCH a pleasure to breathe freely through my nose. Delightful. Slept well if not quite sufficiently. Woke up on time, though I did not get moving early enough. Mostly positive.
Went to Walmart yesterday evening and since I was there I was going to pick up a pint of Nick's ice cream. It used to be necessary to go there, it was the only place I knew that carried it. Even after Meijer started carrying 3 flavors I'd still buy it at Walmart since it was cheaper and they had an additional half dozen flavors.
Anyway, I went to go grab a pint and ... nothing. They no longer carry it. Doh. I guess if I want some, I'll have to get it at Meijer. They do now have a large variety of pints of Rebel ice cream, which is fine, but I have enjoyed the texture and immediate eatability of Nick's. Might have to do a comparo. Or just, you know, not eat diet ice cream.
So it was back to the drops on the scale this morning, which was another plus. Not a huge one, but very solid. Let's keep it moving in the right direction.
Breakfast: CF sausage patties (0), coffee (0)
Again.
Lunch: Soup (10), pickle (1)
Again.
Dinner: Bakenets pork rinds (2), 12 oz Miller Lite (3), CF italian sausage (0) with Classico italian sausage pasta sauce (7), mozz (1) and parm (1). Iceberg salad (1) with vinegar/olive oil and a little parmesan (0)
Not again! Tried something new. Basically just did a pound of CF italian sausage ovenburger style, divided it, topped with melted mozzarella, a half cup of pasta sauce and some parmesan. Delicious. And as usual I have leftovers for tomorrow. Very pleased with how it turned out. The lettuce salad was meh but it was kind of nice to get a little extra vegetation.
Exercise: Nope. Again. I was awake but not that awake and a super busy early morning got all of my nervous energy. Maybe tomorrow? Depends on when the megadeathsupersnowstorm starts.
Day totals: $0.00 spent, 26 g carb, success
