Didn't feel great this morning but I'm fine. Feel probably 90% this evening. About as good as I have been. No idea what it's going to take to get to 100% but hopefully soon. Anyway, about time to stop with the excuses and the binging.
Breakfast: Coffee
At least that's standard.
Lunch: TB 3x chx flatbread, 2x beef burrito
Like those flatbreads.
Snack: 2x McD cheeseburger, strawberry shake
Worst burgers ever. Just vile.
Dinner: Chef salad w ranch, 12 oz Miller Lite, cheetos, strawberry lemonade, ice cream cookie sandwiches
Yeesh.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart.
