Almost there. I actually felt pretty decent yesterday afternoon for a while, even accomplished a few things. Been taking it very easy today in hopes of the final knockout. It will be very nice to get back to feeling normal, even with the deficiencies to normal inherent in being really fat.
Yes, I will be up about ten pounds this week but I'm taking it in stride. Feel better, back on plan, weight falls right back off. Back to it tomorrow.
Breakfast: Leftover deluxe pizza, coffee
Also cracked open a bottle of the latest reformulation of Coke Zero Sugar. I can tell that it tastes different (despite the fact that the bottle of the prior formula I bought last week was the first Coke Zero I've ever had) but can't decide yet if it's better. Seems less crisp but also a bit less aftertasty. Dunno. Have most of the 2L left obv.
Lunch: TB sack, Great Lakes chips
Dinner: Fried chicken sandwich, fries w a little ketchup, 16 oz Mich Ultra, Americone dream ice cream
Exercise: 18 holes w cart, about 10k steps and four bottles of water

Ate a lot.
Breakfast: McD BEC biscuit, chicken mcbiscuit, hash brown, coffee
Lunch: 3x al pastor tacos, 12 oz Miller Lite, 12 oz Coors Light, CFA spicy, frosted lemonade
Delicious tacos from a place in a little town an hour away near where we golfed.
Dinner: Deluxe pizza and way too much of it
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, little walking, only 8k steps
