There won't be anything good about today, pretty sure of that.
Breakfast: Coffee
Lunch: LC ham wraps w/ extra sharp cheddar, a little butter and mustard
Bought a pound of deli polish ham this week, so I'll have sandwiches a couple times at least.
Dinner: Leftover marinated sirloin, mashed potatoes TCD style with lots of butter, Meijer spicy vegetable juice, 12 oz All Day IPA
Pretty tasty.
Exercise: Nope. Rest day. And lots of work.
