July was OK on the blog front. Lost some, but not quite as much as I would like at this point. Then again, I wasn't remotely disciplined. Did well on breakfasts and decently on lunch. Dinners were a little wobblier.
Expected to up this morning after last night's unplanned pizzafest. Feel puffy. Midsection bloated. And yet the scale says otherwise. It's weird. Really, really weird. It would be highly advisable for me to do better on the carb front, because the midsection bloat is annoying (and interferes with my golf swing).
Breakfast: 6 strips Meijer bacon, 3 slices Arnies cinnamon raisin bread w butter, coffee
Bread was well past its prime, but I ate it up anyway. All gone.
Lunch: Tuna biscuit sandwich
Winged it, turned out quite good.
Dinner: BBQ sandwich, fries w ketchup, 16 oz Mich Ultra, Great Lakes chips, lime Halo Top bar
Yeah not a great day eating wise, really overdid it.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, a bit of extra walking, 12k steps
