I'm setting easy goals today. Going to be 100% biscuit-free. I think I can do that.
Super late getting to sleep last night (1 AM), didn't feel like I slept well and definitely woke up a few times but still the snoring wasn't too bad and I didn't feel horrible when I got up. Still, not ideal.
Breakfast: Coffee
Standard.
Lunch: Roast beef and american cheese on Ole tomato basil low carb wraps
The wraps aren't great - I mean, what do you expect from almost pure fiber? - but they work. They're also out of date so I had better eat them up. Convenient that I forgot to thaw a taco meat.
Dinner: Mushroom swiss burger, fries w ketchup, 16 oz Labatt Blue
Usual place was closed tonight.
Also: BK 2x bacon chbg, value fries, lime Halo Top bar
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, not much walking
