Breakthroughs Unexpected Variety

I wasn't terribly optimistic for good news this morning.  Felt puffy.  Sluggish, didn't sleep great though it was OK.  Pretty steady light snoring.  Just nothing much portending success.  And yet I eventually hopped on the scale it was all good.  Man I hope that thing isn't broken.

Really, it's a reminder of how important regular exercise is.  I'd love to make a push here before my vacation at the end of September, try and and get in daily walking.  The eating has been relatively under control but the exercise other than golf has been, well, non-existent.

We'll see.

Too lazy to pull up yesterday's post so far but I need to change it, didn't end up having the logged hard seltzer, instead I found half a dozen strawberries (two chocolate dipped) and a slice of chocolate dipped pineapple in the fridge and ate those instead.  A fine nightcap.

Breakfast:  Coffee, 2 strips Meijer bacon


Premade the bacon for dinner, had two strips left over so I ate them.  Pity.

Lunch:  3 eggs scrambled with a splash of milk, ham and american cheese, 2 sausage patties, 2 slices cinnamon raisin toast w generous butter, Mei jer spicy veg juice


Very tasty.

Dinner:  BBQ sandwich, some fries w a little ketchup, 16 oz Mich Ultra, 12 oz Odd Side moscow mule hard seltzer



Meh.   It was fine, just not good for me.  Planned dinner was postponed to tomorrow.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, said I managed 11k steps.  Plus a trip around the grocery store, it was an active day.  Pleased to note that I had some pep this afternoon especially on the second nine - it helped that the humidity was down and the temperature quite reasonable.
