Well, I survived Monday, that's good. It required going back to work after dinner and I didn't wind down until after midnight, but I survived. More work today, if I didn't have golf league I'd be going back again.
Scale blipped up, no notable reason but certainly not enough to worry about. Could just be that I wasn't very active yesterday. It has also occurred to me that I may possibly need to eat more. At least more of the right stuff. We'll see.
Breakfast: Coffee
Standard.
Lunch: LC ham and cheese wraps
Also pretty standard. No butter today, just polish ham, extra sharp cheddar and mustard. Tasted good.
Dinner: Chef salad with ranch, 12 oz Miller Lite, popcorn with butter
Too much lettuce, couldn't finish it.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, forgot the pedometer.
