It really wasn't anything notable but I in fact did not eat much today. I had lunch at 2:30, had a 15 minute window for that. And I had dinner about 9:00. That was it. It won't make for an exciting post, that's for certain.
Slept OK, snore score was nice and low. I wasn't quite peppy this morning but didn't feel bad. Not particularly lethargic. I hope to some day get to peppy but that might be asking for a bit much. I'd like to be able to consistently just get up and get moving, that's a reasonable goal.
Breakfast: Coffee
It was another three cup day. Still weird how I went so many years without drinking the stuff.
Lunch: LC home tacos
Rushed. Just a sliver of the Cabot extra sharp cheddar on each, homemade hot sauce and sour cream. And plenty of jalapenos.
Dinner: Smashburger and a couple dill pickle slices, 16 oz Mich Ultra
No chips or fries, just a plain cheeseburger. Didn't even bother putting mustard on it.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart. Was running late and forgot my pedometer, should be around the usual 10k steps. Weather was perfect so I didn't need to drink a gallon of water for once.
